Free audit

One invoice in. A map of your leakage out.

Send one recent UPS or FedEx invoice. Within 5 business days of receiving a readable file, you get every address-correction fee we can find, the orders they trace to, which patterns repeat, and which are worth disputing. No install, no credit card, no sales call required.

How the invoice gets to us

No file upload here. After you submit, we email you a private secure upload link for one recent UPS/FedEx invoice or billing export (CSV, XLSX, or PDF). Used only for your audit and pilot fit — see Privacy.

We'll use your information only to evaluate the audit request and pilot fit. No install, no credit card.

What the report contains

1. Every address-correction charge in the period

Total fees at 2026 rates (UPS $25.25 eff. Dec 22, 2025 · FedEx $25.50 eff. Jan 5, 2026), plus any UPS correction-audit fee exposure (greater of $1.65/pkg or 12%/invoice) and fuel where shown.

2. The shipments — and Shopify orders — behind each fee

Where linkable: tracking number, before/after address from the carrier's own report, and the Shopify order that produced it. Own-account, 3PL, and ShipStation/Shippo merchants get the most linkage value.

3. Recurring patterns, grouped

Missing unit numbers, line-1/line-2 placement, abbreviation rewrites (e.g. COURT → CT), postal mismatches — the patterns that repeat across customers and orders.

4. An honest split: recurring-pattern vs one-off vs dispute-candidate

No preventability percentages, no promises. Some corrections are legitimate. Dispute candidates ship with carrier windows noted (UPS ~180 days, FedEx ~30 days — confirm against your tariff).

5. What prevention would plausibly change

Which patterns qualify for safe auto-normalization, which need hold-for-review, and break-even math at your volume (≈4 avoided corrections/month covers the $99 pilot).

Honest by design.Illustrative sample until we run yours. Some fees are legitimate — the audit shows your real split before you pay anything. Findings describe potential leakage and high-confidence patterns, not guaranteed savings.
