CarrierGuard is a pre-launch product. This notice explains what we collect when you request a free audit or reserve a founding pilot.
What we collect
Name, work email, Shopify store URL, shipment volume, primary carrier, and any invoice or billing export you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use your information only to evaluate the audit request and pilot fit, consistent with the promise on the audit form.
What we don't do
We don't sell lead data. We don't run advertising profiles from invoice contents.
TODO: have counsel review before collecting production PII; add retention, subprocessors, DPA, and deletion process.
